Hokum Hi-Flyers

We play Appalachian old-time mountain music, as well as other forms of unplugged 1920s/30s American roots music (Cajun, swing, traditional country). High-energy fiddle tunes will get you on your feet and hollerin’ at the rafters. Come chase away recession-era blues at our monthly concerts and square dances at the Linen Building in downtown Boise (1402 W. Grove St.). Honorary Member of Hokum Dorothy Shue and others call the square dances while the boys pluck and saw. Of course, you will find us at the Weiser Fiddle Festival every June as well. We serve up hokum and we serve it hot!
