Michael Blumenstein plays both electric and acoustic guitar backed by a loop station with backing tracks and carefully arranged drum beats. A one man band in a box. Largely influenced by his hero’s in the jam, rock and 80’s alternative genre; bands like The Grateful Dead, Moses Guest, Ryan Adams, Billy Bragg, The Smith’s are where it’s at. 2 plus hours of material ranging from original compositions and obscure covers. Like a metophorical Twix candy bar. A sensible center with an emotional wrapper. Crunchy on the inside. Gooey on the outside.
