Idaho Songwriters Association

The Idaho Songwriters Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the encouragement and promotion of songwriters throughout Idaho. Based in Boise, the ISA welcomes songwriters from all genres to participate in our community and events, and to use the ISA as a platform to develop, showcase and promote their art. Each first Tuesday of the month, the ISA hosts a free Open Mic WORKSHOP at The Gamekeeper’s Lounge in the Owyhee Plaza Hotel to give songwriters the chance to perform and receive feedback from our professional members.

Idaho Music Academy

Idaho Music Academy is Idaho’s premier music education facility providing private and group teaching of piano, violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar, trumpet, percussion, voice, music theory, composition, general music appreciation, and more – for all ages, from preschool through adult. Our recital facility can accommodate an audience of up to 100 people and contains a Kawai grand piano. The facility is available to area musicians to schedule recitals. Please call to schedule use of these facilities. Hours of operation are Monday – Sunday according to personalized class schedules. Summer music camps are available as well. All of our teachers are experienced and qualified educators with the desire to share their talent and passion for their instrument.

RAWartists Boise

We are an indie arts organization, started in LA, by artists for artists. We have grown to every major city in the US and are even opening international locations this year. RAWartists Boise puts together a monthly mixed arts showcase featuring local musicians, film-makers, fashion designers, hair/makeup artists, performance artists, and all visual artists. The artists get professional headshots, promo video to use, a local and national platform, and a more unified community of arts in Boise. The audience gets a sensory feast one night a month.
